Jiangyin Zhongka Card-Base New Material Co., Ltd. was established in June, 1997, with a registered capital of RMB108 million. Currently, Zhongka Card-Base is the most capable manufacturer with the largest production scale and the highest grade products for PVC card/SHEET use in China.

Our production lines include three foreign five-roll calender lines with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of PVC and PETG sheets and two large-scale coating lines with an annual production capacity of 1700 tons of coated overlays.

Our main products are PETG cores and coated overlays for national ID cards, PVC cores for SIM cards, credit cards, transparent cards, IC cards and contactless cards, PVC overlays, etc. More than 45% of our sheets are exported to over 40 countries and regions.

Our subsidiary company - Jiangyin All-Shine Printing Co., Ltd. (website: www.all-shine.com.cn), founded in July, 2007, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development and industrialization of coating glues on card-manufacturing materials, technically supported by Zhejiang Chemical Industry Research Institute. Our company now has two large-scale coating production lines, with an annual output of 1,700 tons of PVC overlay film, with the thickness ranging from 0.04mm to 0.30mm. Our main products are PVC/PETG/PC strong adhesive coated overlay film, PVC coated overlays, PVC laser coated overlays, PVC coated overlays for electronic inks, multi-function printing film, PVC inkjet printing materials (gold, silver and white), PVC digital printing sheets, PVC/PET no-laminated card bases and PET crystal photo paper.
